Anarkali ... Disco Chali

Anarkali is Dhaba Style eating with open seating & AC seating inside its a small joint located inside the market North Indian Cuisine .Advisable to sit inside because its very hot outside. Its my first visit to Anarkali along with my boy friend's gang of child hood buddies !! This place is like a Boy's Hang Out Place minus the ladies. As soon as you enter there people screaming orders , people washing hands , workers cutting vegetables and this like 11.00 pm IST , I was surprised too see people around so late at night ... Everyone started shouting Chicken Chilly Chicken Chilly and Mard Wala Lassi , I was thinking in my mind these guys are gone Bonkers ..... and the order goes 2 plates Chicken Chilly , 8 Naan's , 1 Egg Tarka , 1 Plain Tarka , 1 maaza , 2 cokes , 3 Mard Wala Lassi after dinner 

Chicken Chilly ( You must be looking and thinking geesh 1. Its oily 2. That's chunky pieces of chicken 3. Its spicy and red ) If you have guessed all of that Your Right !! Chicken Chilly is a combination of Chilly Chicken and Chicken Tikka Kebab in taste ... yup that sure is a solid combo but it taste's really good and its something different which i always welcome ... After that you can down 5 cokes for the fiery relief in your mouth

  Mard Wala Lassi - The story started around about 5 years back when the guys came to eat at the dhaba, they ordered for lassi , Usually lassi is given in a huge glass but the lassi that they ordered came in a small glass which was not acceptable my lassi standard's so they shouted at the waiter saying Mard Wala Lassi nahi hai kya ? from that day onwards when ever they visited the waiter knew that saab ji will have Mard Wala Lassi !!
